Villa Seven Palms is located in Cape Coral. Situated in Southwest Florida within site of the Gulf of Mexico.
Cape Coral is a vibrant and friendly community with all the beauty that you expect from Southwest Florida. With more than 400 miles of canals (more than any other city in the world!), boating, fishing and water sports are a significant enhancement to the quality of life. And don’t forget the golf courses, tennis courts, athletic parks and nature preserves.
There are several grocery stores, pharmacies, gas stations and restaurants in short distance from the villa for your convenience.
Cape Coral Attractions include:
- Cape Coral Yacht Club with white sand beach, fishing pier, playground, beach pavilion, public swimming pool and tennis courts. You'll also find the very popular 'Boathouse' tiki bar and restaurant here.
- Cape Harbour Marina with shopping and dining, boat rentals, boat tours, and fishing charters
- Rotary Park with a playground, butterfly house, nature center, dog run and lots of green space.
- Four Freedoms Park with a great playground, white sandy beach and picnic area. They showcase family movie nights in the summer.
Fort Myers is just a short drive over the Caloosahatchee River
- Downtown Ft. Myers has lots of boutique shops and restaurants
- You'll find any store you need in Ft. Myers, with great shopping at Bell Towers Mall, Edison Mall and Tanger Factory Outlets. The larger Miromar Factory outlets are just 35 minutes away.
- Ford and Edison Winter Estates
- Ft. Myers is home to many golf courses and racket clubs.
- Lots of family fun can be found at Zoomers Adventure Park and the multiple putt putt/adventure golf courses around.
- Lake District Park has large playground areas, paddle boats, walking trails, and a large farmers market weekly on Fridays
A short drive from Cape Coral you'll find:
- Ft. Myers Beach -- the largest white sand beach in the area. Spanning seven miles, this area includes several restaurants, resorts and boutique shops. The area is also accessible by a boat shuttle from Tarpon Point Marina.
- Salty Point Marina -- featuring a 'Pieces of Eight Pirate Cruise' for the kids.
- Matlacha (pronounced Mat-luh-shay) Island -- a funky, artsy area with arts, crafts, music, waterfront dining, delicious seafood, and island-style gifts.
- Naples Zoo -- see a wide range of animals, feed the giraffes, ride a camel and even take a boat cruise amongst the monkey islands.
- Manatee Park -- see Manatees in the wild near the Florida Power and Light plant. The area includes a playground, picnic area and kayak rentals.
- To explore more of Southwest Florida, within a 30-40 minute drive are Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, Bonita Springs and Naples.
Within two to four hours driving you'll find:
- Busch Gardens, Tampa
- Walt Disney World, Orlando
- Seaworld, Aquatica, and Dolphin Cove, Orlando
- Universal Studios, Orlando
- In the months of February and March you'll find the 15 teams of the Grapefruit league, the Spring Training of the MLB, playing in several sites across Florida. The Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins are based in Ft. Myers.
